8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Original artwork, limited-edition artwork, personalized items, and custom or made-to-order merchandise are generally considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.
For other eligible merchandise, customers must contact Monika Greene Creative House LLC within fourteen (14) days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. A return should not be sent without first contacting us for instructions.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Monika Greene Creative House LLC or the product arrived damaged or defective.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, preparation, or the shipping process.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced items may not be canceled once production has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return and refund policy.

All original content displayed or offered through Monika Greene Creative House LLC, including but not limited to artwork, photography, digital art, designs, written works, music, recordings, logos, graphics, product designs, text, and other creative materials, is owned by Monika Greene Creative House LLC, its artists, authors, or other applicable rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, book, merchandise item, music product, or other creative work does not transfer the copyright or other intellectual property rights associated with that work. The purchaser receives ownership of the physical item purchased, where applicable, but not the right to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the underlying creative content without prior written permission.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, downloaded for commercial use, sold, distributed, or otherwise exploited without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.
